Walnut ‘Nutella’ and wheat bisks bites. These are so good they’re dangerous!
Having tried faux Nutella with hazelnuts and butter, I wanted to try another version with oil. Having run out of hazelnuts, I used walnuts. So I nipped into the kitchen and this was rustled up in just a few minutes. Home Made Walnut Nutella Priced at Asda, July 2017...
30+ different flavours for baked bean hummus / paté, a LCHF recipe, or fat free!
Use a tin of the cheapest baked beans you can find as your base, or chick peas as per usual hummus, or any other beans or indeed lentils. All will make their own contribution. Creamy Walnut pasta sauce – LCHF if you want it to be
I absolutely love the walnut butter I first tried making recently, either honey smoked, as in the original, or plain. Convinced it would make a lovely pasta sauce, I had a little play.
Tutti Frutti Spread. Loving my leftovers and creating something wonderful with them.
Obesity Crisis After reading Jason Fungs book, the Obesity Crisis, and bearing in mind his warning about the consumption of sugar, I’m feeling a bit guilty about telling you about Tutti Frutti Spread. I will anyway, and you can decide whether you have any or not. I...
A brisk Sunday walk and a mulled wine apple crumble
