What to do with leftover bread
Bread is one of the most wasted food items. The simplest way to avoid waste is to keep your bread in the freezer. Slice it first if necessary. Then just take out what you want , when you want it. That way, you won’t ever have any stale bread.
Lemon Peel Jam
This delicious preserve uses the carcasses of zested and juiced lemons to make a wonderful, slightly bitter marmalade type jam. Love your leftovers!
