Spread both sides of each slice with spread or butter
Sprinkle a little sugar on 2 slices
Divide the raisins between 2 slices
Put one plain slice on each of the raisiny slices and cook gently in a frying until golden. Turn over and repeat. Slice and enjoy immediately while still hot and delicious
