Feeling pretty yuck today, another blimmin migraine. I was intending to get up the gym again today too. I had my 6 week review yesterday, so have a whole new workout to get cracking on. Hopefully I’ll be able to do it tomorrow, first thing, before WI. The talk tomorrow is a couple of JP’s, coming to tell us what they do in that role, hopefully they can present a talk well – you can never tell!
