Mmm was studying The tin can cookbook on Amazon the other day for ages but decided could not justify buying it,great competition…she and you have so many good ideas ,only people ,oh and Gill Watson that do really down to earth, affordable great tasting recipes.
I think this looks really interesting, there are so many foods you can get in fans and I would love some recipes!

Hello! This looks great, If I was lucky enough to win then I think I would like to have a go at the Red Lentil and Mandarin Curry as it sounds really tasty.
Tasty recipes using stuff I already have in the cupboards are always good to have – saves money as I am not tempted by a takeaway.
