A brand new meal plan, number 9, a bit different this time

Here is the latest Meal Plan, number 9. Something a bit different this time, it includes bought bran flakes for some breakfasts, and a bought pizza.

I just need to make and post a few recipes. The only one I may have to play around with is the tuna pie. There aren’t many recipes I need to do this time, so it shouldn’t be too long before they are all there – fatal last words?

    hahahaha, I shall adopt that as my motto – don’t leave home without your bannocks!
    wanted to test a couple of recipes this morning but we’ve had a flipping power cut and I’ve got to go out soon

    A bought pizza once in nine weeks is allowed! It’s a good idea to have a plan that looks as though it takes less cooking time. I have my doubts about bran flakes though. They tend to produce that really nasty rebound hunger. Don’t leave home without your bannocks.
